Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in its original condition
  • Item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and send you return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
