Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12 PM)

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility

We accept exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  2. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange.
